T-Court Mixed-Use Building

The company prepared the initial concept for the project in accordance with the owner's requirements, through workshops with the design team at The Sports Boulevard, and prepared the integrated design plans, general site plan, and BOQ for the project. The project is located on a 10,350 m² plot of land and consists of a ground floor, three upper floors, and two basements. It comprises administrative offices, a medical centre, residential buildings, and a strip mall.
